Role and Responsibilities
- Growth and partnership opportunities for the ADFPF
- Organize directors for national level and/or international level event
- Work with WDFPF as appropriate on procedural issues
- Ensure the executive board functions according to expectations
- Ensure the integrity of the organization
- Attend as many ADFPF National meets as possible.
Qualifications
- An active interest in powerlifting.
- Experience in managing a professional organization.
- Ability to deal with all people in all situations.
- Must travel to a majority of all national events.

Vice President

- Responsible for keeping records of the minutes of the organization at all BOD meetings.

State Chair

Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure that a State Meet happens every year.
- Represent the ADFPF at meets in your state.
- Assist ADFPF meet hosts.
- Maintain state records.
- Maintain state meet records.
- Coordinate with the Drug Testing Officer.
- Coordinate with the Technology Officer regarding website information.
- Attend as many ADFPF National meets as possible.
- Responsible for meet results, drug testing COC and samples completion in a timely manner and according to federation expectations
